I was a Blue Apron subscriber and I loved the meals and thought they were a great value and easy to make but, ultimately, had to cancel because of the rafts of plastic waste left behind from their ludicrously excessive packaging. I tried to give them that feedback but only got a lame, canned response (which implies they got that feedback all the time and ignored it) about recycling or some shit. Super disappointing because I really wanted them to succeed.

Btw Good Eggs just started meal kits and they’re awesome.
